This Privacy Policy applies to the Taste Test Tool app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by SURF CINEMA LTD (collectively, the “Application”). SURF CINEMA LTD is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to facilitate network connectivity, but the Service Provider does not retain that data or use it for tracking.

Precise real-time location

The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Third-party access

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.

We do not retain personal data from normal app use.

Technical protocol data that may be transmitted solely to facilitate network connectivity is not retained by the Service Provider or used for tracking.

There is no stored app-use personal data to delete.

Because the Service Provider does not collect or retain personal information through normal use of the Application, it has no such stored personal data to erase on request.

Uninstalling Taste Test Tool removes the Application from your device. If you separately contact the Service Provider and voluntarily provide information outside normal app use, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@surfcinema.space.

Children’s privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal information is not collected through such use. If information is voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by other means, applicable consent requirements should be observed.

Minimal exposure by design

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it may hold outside normal app use.

Breach notification

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting such app-use data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by other means, the Service Provider will provide notifications as required by applicable law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy and effective date. Where required by law, appropriate consent will be sought before relevant changes take effect.

Your consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider outside normal app use and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
